Feta & Mango Salad
A true summer salad; baby spinach and oak leaves, topped with carrots, red onion, feta cheese and slices of fresh mango and finished with balsamic vinaigrette.
Pomegranate Salad
As well as making a yummy addition to our salads, pomegranate is high in vitamin C, vitamin B5, potassium and anti-oxidants. We've combined a handful of pomegranates with pea shoots, baby spinach, oak leaves, cherry tomatoes, red onion and our special Food Secret Vinaigrette, to make your meal feel like a treat.
Crunchy Vegetable Salad
Baby gem lettuce, carrot, courgette, betroot, baby corn, pea shoots, spring onion, sprouting greens and pomegranate with a hint of lemon juice and olive oil. Our colourful crunchy vegetable salad scores high in taste and texture.
Smoked Salmon Salad
An indulgent salad of smoked salmon on new potatoes that's flavoured with mint, chives, mustard, greek youghurt, low fat mayonnaise and a wedge of lemon for you to squeeze all over it.
Beef & Peppered Leaf Salad
Sliced beef, rocket, watercress and beetroot shavings make this salad rich in essential nutrients but low in calories. And the balsamic and mustard dressing is delicious too.
