Food Secret is an innovative “food concept”.
Our mission is to reveal the secret of the ultimate food experience and share it with you.
We source the best and freshest ingredients; we harness international techniques to invent new recipes that intensify the taste of every single ingredient.
We challenge chefs, nutritionists and food experts together with architects, composers, writers, designers, and software geniuses to join forces and conceive new and provocative food experiences.
There was no simple system in place to instantaneously measure the nutritional values of what we eat. So we’ve devised one to do just that.
This magic combination of passion, creativity, research and devotion is just one of the secret ingredients to delightful food. Until we’ve unveiled the rest, we’ll persist on our mission.

Food obsessed and fun loving, every person in the Food Secret team is hand-picked by Sergio for their passion for food and their great personality. Come in and have a chat with us; we love any excuse to have a natter and a cup of tea.
Vittoria
Fun loving and free spirited, Vittoria is Sergio's right-hand woman. She loves to indulge in the prawn laska curry soup or the crunchy raw vegetable salad for lunch and has a penchant for purchasing as many hats as she can fit in her overflowing wardrobe.
